Your New Role
- Operate heavy equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and rollers in Aston, Pennsylvania, and surrounding counties
- Perform cut and fill work, grading, and full site preparation for commercial construction projects
- Review daily work plans and blueprints with supervisors to determine efficient equipment operation
- Execute fine grading and operate safely in congested or high-traffic job sites
- Perform trenching and excavation for utilities and site development scopes
- Conduct routine equipment inspections, including cleaning, greasing, and oiling
- Follow hand signals and verbal direction to coordinate with crew members on active job sites
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols
- Report to the project superintendent or foreperson and support overall site productivity

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment in commercial construction environments
- Proven experience in excavation, grading, underground utilities, or similar sitework scopes
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and site layouts
- Solid understanding of OSHA safety standards and job site safety practices
- OSHA 10 certification preferred or ability to obtain upon hire
- Strong hand, foot, and eye coordination to safely operate heavy machinery
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Hardworking, reliable, and team-oriented
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and reliable transportation to job sites
