Your New Role

  • Work closely with the senior estimating team to prepare and submit bids in a timely manner
  • Perform computer-based earthwork takeoffs using AGTEK
  • Read and interpret blueprints to support accurate estimating and planning
  • Manage and organize plan logs, submittals, and project documentation
  • Solicit, track, and organize pricing from vendors and subcontractors
  • Assist with length and area takeoffs and quantity calculations
  • Support GPS machine modeling and project setup
  • Prepare and track RFIs and assist with project scheduling
  • Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and project stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Experience with AGTEK software preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel
  • Strong math, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and vendors
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
